En kontinuerlig cellinje som är en substam av SWISS 3T3 CELLS utvecklats genom klonal isolering. Musfibroblastcellerna genomgår en adiposliknande omvandling när de flyttar till ett sammanflytande och kontakthämmat tillstånd.

A continuous cell line that is a substrain of SWISS 3T3 CELLS developed though clonal isolation. The mouse fibroblast cells undergo an adipose-like conversion as they move to a confluent and contact-inhibited state.
