4-beta-cellobiosidas cellulos-1
Ett exocellulas med specificitet för hydrolys av 1,4-beta-D-glukosidbindningar i CELLULOSA och cellotetraos. Det katalyserar hydrolys av terminala icke-reducerande ändar av beta-D-glukosider med frisättning av CELLOBIOSE.
